Creatrix, mother of sons, lover, wife, daughter, friend, explorer, guide, healer, wellness junkie, foodie, globe trotter and wanna be mermaid.
My happy places are above coral reefs scuba diving or enjoying a sunny day. I love practicing my other languages on anyone willing to listen. I was a committed meditator, then I had kids and now I'm committed but less consistent!
I am named for the Iris and wild irises grow on the land I grew up on and where I am raising my family now... The iris stands for powerful values of faith, honour, valour, wisdom and royalty. Holding myself in the archetype of 'Queen' takes knowledge, trust and self love.

I am a Splenic Projector in Human Design — here to guide, not to grind. My work is built on deep recognition, genuine listening and the kind of clarity that only comes from truly seeing another person.
If you have found your way here, something in you already recognised that. Trust that.
I am not guiding you from a place of having figured it all out.
I am a primary carer to an aging parent. A mother navigating neurodivergence in my family. A woman managing persistent pain since childhood. A professional holding a demanding career alongside a life that asks everything of me, every single day.
This is not background detail. It is my qualification for the work.
When you sit with me, you are not sitting with someone who learned resilience from a textbook. You are sitting with someone who has had to find it, lose it and find it again — repeatedly, recently and with love.
I help courageous and newbies alike, the seekers as well as the beautiful and burnt out…
Build resilience, health and wellbeing.
I’d like to consider myself a Renaissance woman – someone who blends the feminine and the masculine principles, the art and science of life and accumulated wisdom to support you in yours.
I’ve mentioned my experiences of overweight and pain and so I’ve always believed we are destined for more than our limitations; for a sparkling life - for miracles in the mundane.
The miracle I wanted from early on was a life of family and being able to be a mother and bring children into the world who are vibrant, healthy and happy. I can’t say I have won a parenting accolade, but I can say that I naturally birthed at home in the water three beautiful boys with no interventions and nursed them for a year each. I also got through the early days without depression or anxiety and re found my new identity as a mother and a woman.
